Quonquont Farm Wedding > 
Ashley + Jason celebrated their wedding at the beautiful Quonquont Farm in Whately with their first look, ceremony, and reception all on site.
They each arrived separately, with Jason and his groomsmen already dressed and him ready to go for his first look, while Ashley and her bridesmaids got dressed in an adjoining cottage. Her friends held her dress to keep it from getting dirty on the ground as they accompanied her to the main barn, behind which she and Jason had their first look.
We then segued into family portrait mode, and then it was a short wait while guests arrived and it was time for the ceremony. Ashley’s sister officiated while their 20 person wedding party stood alongside them, with Quonquont’s colorful foliage providing a backdrop for the ceremony. At the conclusion Ashley + Jason went back inside the barn, followed by their closest friends, who congratulated them with hugs and kisses.
Once everyone was introduced into the reception, Ashely + Jason had their first dance followed by two heartfelt toasts. After dinner was served and the cake was cut, Ashley danced with her father and Jason with his mother while everyone watched.
Once dancing got underway we went outside into the apple orchard to make some colorful nighttime portraits utilizing different lighting techniques. In all it was a truly wonderful wedding.
