Carl proposed to Pamela on their two year dating anniversary. He wanted to to go a park but it was too cold outside that day (“I spoiled his plans!” Pamela told me during our first conversation, laughing at the memory), so he popped the question after dinner in front of the restaurant in which they’d just celebrated their dating anniversary.
Several months later their family and friends gathered at the Log Cabin to celebrate their big day. While rain moved the ceremony inside, it let up as we were doing the family portraits, so we were able to head out and make their wedding party photos outside. It stayed dry enough to later make several sunset portraits with the Log Cabin’s view of the valley behind them.
